During an immigration case, a client may go through a great amount of confusion and anxiety. As an immigration attorney, Rebecca Lenetsky understands that the result of their case could alter the rest of their lives, and she dedicates her time and hard work to achieving the best outcome for each client.
Rebecca is an immigration attorney with more than 5 years of experience. She handles a wide variety of complex family-based immigration cases, and represents individual and corporate clients in all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories.
Rebecca’s clients have ranged from families and individual petitioners, to internationally acclaimed performers, global software companies and burgeoning tech startups. She is accustomed to handling a large, diverse caseload, and applying innovative legal argumentation and strong advocacy skills. She knows that in an immigration case, a successful outcome is the greatest reward for both her and her client. It is Rebecca’s priority to work closely with clients to strategize approaches and identify their short and long-term needs, and manage and monitor cases from start to finish to make the process as smooth as possible.
In addition to her legal practice, Rebecca has handled pro bono cases for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and has been a regular speaker at events of the Canadian Technology Accelerator of the Canadian Consulate in New York. Rebecca has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association since 2014.
