When Can I Extend My EAD, Motion to Reopen, Shoplifting (Immigration Advice)

7-16-19 SM Check 0:00 My application was approved on January of 2018 and sent to the National Visa Center for processing. However, the process was stopped due to an overflow of visas in the EB1 category. Why is this process taking so long? 1:57 If there were no pictures taken at my wedding ceremony would that be a problem? 2:10 I am a U.S. citizen with a felony. Why would USCIS deny the ability for me to petition my spouse for a green card? 2:36 I lost the notice USCIS sent regarding my adjustment of status interview. What can I do? 3:05 My marriage did not work out, thus the AOS was denied. However, I still want to get a green card. If my parents are LPRs can they sponsor me for a green card? 3:46 My husband sponsored my children. The petitions were approved and moved to the NVC, but now he wants a divorce. How will this affect bringing my children to the U.S.? And, will this affect my I-751 extension? 5:15 I was in the U.S. on a J1 visa as a fulbright scholar. During that time I lived at two different addresses. Now, I am outside the U.S., and my LPR spouse wants to sponsor me. In the application, I only listed one of the two addresses I lived. Would this be an issue? 6:44 How long would it take for my I-130 and AOS application to get approved if my spouse will naturalize in the process? 6:47 When can I extend my EAD if it’s set to expire in July? 7:00 If my friend was caught shoplifting at a mall, was not brought up on charges, but was banned from the mall - would this affect his asylum application? 7:39 If I overstayed B1, B2 visa, but got married to a U.S. permanent resident - can he adjust my status? Or, should I wait until he naturalizes before filing? 7:40 My I-130 petition was denied. Can I file a motion to reopen? Or, should I reapply? 8:10 After biometrics are completed, when will you get your EAD card? 8:21 Once you reply to USCIS’s RFE, when should I expect a response from them? Attorney Advertisement.
