

Junior Babila Ngwa, Esq. is an immigration attorney serving as a Consultation Attorney at Spar & Bernstein. In this role, he works closely with prospective clients to evaluate eligibility for immigration benefits and to develop legal strategies tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.
Mr. Ngwa’s practice experience includes removal defense, family-based immigration, adjustment of status, asylum-related matters, employment authorization, waivers, VAWA petitions, and other forms of immigration relief. He is particularly skilled in issue spotting and advising clients on potential risks, timelines, and procedural requirements within the U.S. immigration system.
Mr. Ngwa earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Buea in Cameroon and holds two Master of Laws degrees from the University of the Western Cape and the University of Cape Town in South Africa. He is fluent in French and Pidgin English.
