Associate Attorney

Emily McKenzie is an experienced Immigration Attorney with more than 15 years of dedicated practice in U.S. immigration law, with a focus on naturalization and family-based immigration. She provides comprehensive legal services tailored to the individual needs of her clients, including detailed case analysis, precise preparation of immigration forms and supporting documentation, and vigorous representation during interviews and immigration court proceedings. Emily’s practice encompasses a wide range of filings, including family petitions (I-130), immigrant visa processing (DS-260), and complex waiver applications, as well as naturalization and adjustment of status matters.

Prior to her current practice, Emily honed her expertise through progressive roles in immigration law, including leadership positions serving vulnerable populations and extensive experience assisting victims of crime and humanitarian cases. She brings both strategic legal insight and compassionate client support to every matter she handles.

Emily is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a national professional association of immigration law practitioners committed to advancing justice and excellence in the field.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah and her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law. Emily is licensed to practice and represents clients nationally with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes through personalized and effective legal advocacy.
