Krisha Shah

Krisha Shah is a Law Clerk at Spar & Bernstein, where she focuses on U.S. immigration matters. Since 2023, she has assisted attorneys with a broad range of immigration filings, including the preparation of complex petitions, legal research, and case strategy development. She is committed to providing detailed, client-focused support and helping navigate the complexities of the immigration process with care and precision.

Ms. Shah earned her law degree in India before relocating to New York in 2022 to pursue her LL.M. at Fordham University School of Law. She is also completing her MBA, further enhancing her analytical and strategic approach to legal matters.

Ms. Shah is fluent in Hindi, English, Gujarati, and Marathi, enabling her to effectively communicate with and support clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
