Wanda Boeri

Associate Attorney

Wanda Boeri, Esq. is an immigration attorney with more than 20 years of experience in U.S. immigration law. Throughout her career, she has helped individuals and families navigate family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, and removal defense matters.

Wanda has extensive experience handling adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, naturalization, U Visas, T Visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), asylum, cancellation of removal, and withholding of removal. She also represents clients in proceedings before the United States Immigration Courts.

Born and raised in Argentina, Wanda developed an interest in the law at an early age while accompanying her mother, who was also an attorney, through the halls of the courthouse. After becoming an attorney in Argentina, Wanda immigrated to the United States in 2004 and began building her career in U.S. immigration law. She spent approximately 15 years working on complex immigration matters as a senior paralegal, gaining substantial hands-on experience across a broad range of family-based, employment-based, humanitarian, and removal defense cases.

Determined to continue serving immigrants as a licensed attorney in the United States, Wanda later returned to law school. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law, graduating summa cum laude, and is licensed to practice law in Puerto Rico.

As an immigrant herself, Wanda understands firsthand the uncertainty, fear, and challenges that can accompany the immigration process and the experience of building a new life in a new country. Her personal journey allows her to connect with clients with empathy while providing knowledgeable legal guidance, honest advice, and compassionate representation.

For Wanda, immigration law is deeply personal. She is committed to helping immigrants and their families understand their legal options, approach difficult circumstances with hope, and move forward with confidence and dignity.
