Consultation Fee Agreement:

A consultation fee is charged at the Law offices of Spar & Bernstein, P.C. for professional legal advice. By checking the agree button you, the client, agree to pay prior to the start of the consultation, our customary consultation fee as outlined below:

CONSULATION FEE: $200.00 BRAD BERNSTEIN or $100 MANAGING ATTORNEY

We accept credit or debit card as form of payment.

Please note: We do not accept personal checks for consultation fee payment.

No consultation will begin without prior payment.

No guarantee can be made that your legal problems, issues, or questions will or can be resolved. You will be given the best advice based on our years of experience and expertise in the field of law.

Should you retain our office to provide you with legal services on the day of your consultation or within seven (7) days, we will apply your consultation fee towards your overall legal fee.

Privacy Agreement:

Client gives permission to Spar Bernstein, P.C. to use text messaging, direct phone calls and email to communicate with client. You can always opt out of firm communication. Spar and Bernstein, P.C. will never share your privileged information with any third party unaffiliated with the law firm.
