G-845, Verification Request
The Form G-845 is used to verify the immigration status of an applicant for federal state or licenses. An agency that is responsible for an applicant can file the Form G-845 to request immigrant status verification information and the agency also needs to be registered with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (USCIS) and the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE).
Any agency that has completed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) which is a written document about a partnership, with the USCIS SAVE Program can file the Form G-845.
