Hasret Senyurt

Hasret Senyurt is an Associate Attorney at Spar & Bernstein, P.C., where she advises multinational companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and foreign national professionals on a wide range of U.S. business immigration matters.

Hasret’s practice focuses on employment-based visa petitions and immigrant visa matters, including L-1, E-2, H-1B, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5 cases. She also assists clients with corporate immigration strategy, compliance, and global mobility planning, providing practical guidance tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals navigating the U.S. immigration system.

Hasret earned her LL.M. from Brooklyn Law School and received her law degree from Marmara University Faculty of Law in Istanbul, Türkiye. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is also a New York State Notary Public.
