Bryan Johnson-Xenitelis

Senior Associate Attorney

Bryan C. Johnson-Xenitelis is a Senior Associate at Spar & Bernstein, PC.  He specializes in Immigration Law.

Born in Winnipeg, Canada and growing up in Calgary, Alberta, Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2005 from the University of Toronto and completed his Associate Piano Performance Exam of the Royal Conservatory of Toronto in 2005.  He graduated from New York Law School in 2008.  In law school, Bryan founded the school’s first Immigration Law Student Association and held leadership positions in the Stonewall Law Student Association.  He also began writing monthly articles for Le-Gal’s LGBT Law Notes publication, which he continues to write to this day.

Bryan has over 16 years of Immigration Law experience working for several prestigious solo practitioner law firms as well as running his own practice.  As an Adjunct Professor of Law, Bryan teaches Crime & Immigration at New York Law School.

Bryan is Licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.  He is authorized to practice Immigration Law in any Jurisdiction.
