

Lucy Freeman is a U.S. immigration attorney who represents immigrants from around the world before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. With more than a decade of experience, her practice focuses on family based petitions, cancellation of removal, asylum, and other humanitarian forms of relief. She has also conducted legal investigations involving individuals held in Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Protection custody nationwide.
Ms. Freeman believes that an informed client is an empowered client. She is committed to guiding individuals and families through an often complex and intimidating legal system with clarity, compassion, and diligence. Having spent her formative years in Latin America, she brings a global perspective to her work and a deep appreciation for serving diverse communities. Ms. Freeman earned her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and her Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Latin American Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she completed an Individually Designed Major.
