Rameisha Allen

Rameisha Allen is an associate attorney at Spar and Bernstein, P.C. Ms. Allen has represented clients before USCIS, ICE, and Immigration Court. Ms. Allen has an extensive background in family-based immigration, focusing on humanitarian relief such as: U-Visa, T-Visa, VAWA, abused spouse waiver, DACA, SIJ, and provisional waivers.

Ms. Allen earned her J.D. degree from St. John’s University School of Law. Rameisha is admitted to the New York State Bar.
