Avalon Paul is an immigration attorney with vast experience assisting clients in all areas of immigration law. As an immigrant from Trinidad & Tobago, W.I., Avalon innately understands the necessity of having the presence of effective and efficient counsel assist clients in navigating the complexities of immigration laws.
Avalon began her career working in a boutique immigration firm which specialized in employment-based immigration law. Prior to joining Spar & Bernstein, P.C., Avalon worked in a high-volume immigration law firm in Midtown Manhattan handling various complex immigration cases and RFE responses. Avalon has also advocated for vulnerable immigrants as the Pro Bono General Counsel for a church located in the Bronx, New York. This experience provided her with and honed her abilities and skills which are necessary in addressing the needs of the immigrant community. She greatly enjoys the hard cases which no other attorney likes to handle.
Avalon Paul possesses vast knowledge in all areas of immigration law. She currently specializes in employment-based, Adjustment of Status, waivers, Removal of Conditions, and VAWA petitions.
Avalon is a member of the New York Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
