Moonjung Jenny Kim handles all types of immigration matters. In employment-based cases, she helps her clients with the often-complex laws and rules that affect how foreign nationals come to work in the United States — and with the conditions under which they can stay. In this capacity, she represents artists, musicians, athletes, and others with extraordinary abilities seeking temporary visas to bring their talents to American audiences. She also represents professionals with specialized skills whose companies need them to work here.
Jenny listens carefully to her clients’ stories and patiently explains both their options and the most likely timeframe they can expect. She is meticulous about her preparation, knowing well that her efforts can be the deciding factor in whether a client stays in this country or not.
